Wholesale & Shipping
Venganza Foods is our push to make Mexican-style vegan proteins as familiar and accessible
as any legacy meat brand. We’re building toward being the “Impossible Foods” of Mexican proteins,
starting from a real working taquería with very real demand.
What We Make
We produce frozen vegan meats and salsas built for tacos, burritos,
bowls, and everything in between. Our current focus is on frozen proteins you can use straight
on the line, in a commissary, or at home.
Retail 3-Pack Proteins
We’re currently focused on three core proteins, available in convenient three-pack formats:
-
Carne Asada (wheat & soy based)
A richly seasoned, grillable asada built from wheat and soy protein. High-impact flavor,
tender bite, and sturdy enough for the flat top, tacos, burritos, and fries.
-
Marinated & Grilled “Chicken” (soy fiber based)
Soy fiber–based strips, marinated and grilled for a juicy, shreddable “chicken” that
holds up in tacos, bowls, quesadillas, and meal prep.
-
Yuba Carnitas
Shredded yuba (tofu skin) carnitas with a crispy, fatty-style edge when seared. Built for
tacos, tortas, and anything that needs that rich, slow-cooked carnitas vibe.
In Development
We are actively developing safe, reliable shipping for our mushroom-based meats
so they can travel nationwide without compromising texture or food safety. As soon as we’re
confident in the cold chain, we’ll open mushroom SKUs for shipping.
Where We Ship
Right now, our frozen vegan meats and salsas are only shippable within the United States,
excluding Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping yet.
- Supported: Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states).
- Not supported: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Why the limit?
Keeping product frozen and safe is non-negotiable. Until we’re fully confident in extended
transit routes, we’re focused on doing the lower 48 correctly instead of stretching too far
and compromising quality.
How Shipping Works
All frozen proteins ship in insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice, depending on route
and season. Salsas ship cold and are packed to hold temperature through transit.
Transit & Timing
- We ship early in the week to avoid weekend holds when possible.
- Most shipments arrive within 1–3 business days once they leave our facility.
- Tracking is provided so you can plan for arrival and move product into cold storage quickly.
On arrival: Move everything into your freezer or walk-in immediately.
If the box feels warm or appears damaged, document it with photos and contact us the same day.
3-Packs vs Wholesale
3-Pack Direct Ship
The three-pack boxes of our carne asada,
marinated grilled “chicken”, and Yuba carnitas are designed
for:
- Small food businesses testing our proteins in low volume.
- Shops selling frozen vegan meats to customers by the pack.
- Individuals who want restaurant-level vegan fillings at home.
Note: 3-packs are the easiest way to start if you’re still testing demand or
menu fit.
Wholesale Quantities
We also offer wholesale amounts of our frozen vegan meats and salsas for
restaurants, trucks, and retailers. Case sizes and pack formats are tuned for line cooks and
prep teams, not just home freezers.
- Ideal for taquerías, restaurants, bars, venues, and grocers.
- Available as full cases, multi-case orders, or recurring production.
- Ingredient and allergen info provided for menu and label compliance.
Reality check: We are still a working local restaurant with heavy daily demand.
That means wholesale runs can book up fast and production can stall when the taquería is slammed.
Plan ahead and expect that sometimes the answer will be, “we can’t take on more this week.”
Capacity, Lead Times & Expectations
Everything we ship is made in the same ecosystem that feeds our guests. That’s the point—this
isn’t a lab project, it’s taquería food frozen and shipped. The trade-off is that capacity isn’t
infinite.
What to Expect
- Lead times can stretch when restaurant volume spikes.
- We prioritize existing wholesale partners and already-committed production runs.
- New wholesale accounts may have to wait for an open window in the schedule.
- We’d rather say “not yet” than ship something rushed or compromised.
Big picture: The goal is scaling these proteins the right way—grounded in real
service, not just hype. As capacity increases, we’ll open more slots, more SKUs, and more states
to ship to. Until then, expect honesty about what we can and can’t do in a given week.
